Datacraft has been a networking systems integrator since 1988, providing total design value-added solutions in integrated, wide-area data networks. CHAMP invested in Datacraft in 1989. At the time Datacraft was an Australian based manufacturer and marketer of modems. Datacraft had identified an opportunity to grow a systems integration business focusing on the design and implementation of local and wide area communications networks throughout Asia. With funding from CHAMP, Datacraft Limited expanded from 8 offices in four countries to 30 offices in 13 countries.

In 1995 Datacraft Asia listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange and is now the region's leading independent network systems integrator and e-business enabler.
